At J.J.’s Clubhouse on March 5,2005, Gateway M.C. hosted its 24th annual Mr. Missouri Leather Contest emceed by Gateway President Fredric Rissover and Mr. Missouri Leather 2004, Ron Walters. A crowd of over 500 people cheered for our contestants as they competed in the cruisewear, physique and leather image segments of the contest.

The Contestants:

• Dwan Farr, St. Louis
• Weston Kassulke, St. Louis
• Keith Richardson, St. Louis
• Bobby Vice, St. Louis

The Winners:
Using a strict set of evaluation criteria, the panel of judges chose Keith Richardson as Mr. Missouri Leather 2005. With the sponsorship of Gateway MC, Ron will represent the community at the International Mr. Leather competition in Chicago this May. First Runner-up was Weston Kassulke, and Second Runner-up was Dwan Farr.

And once again, we held our informal Gateway Guy contest....

As in former years, our raffle raised funds to benefit Doorways Interfaith Residences and to help send Keith Richardson, Mr. Missouri Leather 2005, to represent our leather community at the International Mr. Leather (IML) competition in Chicago on Memorial Day weekend.
